ELECTROCAUTERY

	What is electrocautery?

It is an instrument in which electric current is delivered through a pen like device. This is brought into direct contact with the skin growth to destroy tissue.

	What does it treat?

Most useful for superficial lesions, as skin tags, Seborrhoeic keratoses, Sebaceous hyperplasia, syringomas , pyogenic granuloma, viral warts etc.
